Neonatalguidelines.com was developed by a group of board-certified neonatologists in South Africa who strive to practice the best evidence-based Neonatal Medicine as a standard of care in their daily management of patients. The protocols that we have developed have been packaged as a pocket companion since 2002 and have developed a fast-growing following. The easy-to-read companion includes the most commonly utilised practice protocols and drug doses specific to neonatology and is updated regularly to include practice-changing evidence. The last print edition was published in 2022. The guidelines have since transitioned into the digital space, where it is available for download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for smartphones and tablets which are continually updated.
